The main product of the tree is ghee or butter, extracted from the seeds and popularly known as Chiuri butter. The juice extracted from the seeds can not only be used as vegetable oil and to provide nutritional value but also juice and seed oils can be used to treat rheumatic pain, indigestion and skin infections.

The project in Deusa does not require an infinite number of seeds and seedlings.
