An interactive educational one-on-one session to educate members on how to create a budget and learn basic financial housekeeping, including banking and credit cards. Additionally we offer information on how to request credit report, repair credit and reestablish banking relationships. A general cost of living analysis is also performed and successful ways to live within means are explored.
SMART Recovery Program
Free Self Management And Recovery Training meetings. Self-empowering based addiction recovery support group. Using the SMART 4-Point Recovery Program, this group helps individuals seek recovery from any addiction or addictive behavior.

Drug Awareness Program
Interactive discussion group that unveils the latest information on how various drugs such as heroin, nicotine, and marijuana affect people both mentally and physically. Debunk myths about drug use and provide resources to learn more about issues affecting those interacting with unstable individuals under the influence.

Healthy Relationships Program
Part of our Life Skills program, participants use our workbook to discuss and practice qualities that support healthy interactions with others. This program focuses on building a healthy relationship by reviewing communication skills, conflict resolution, the ripple effect of behaviors
and the importance of doing no harm.
